    I loved the fabulous view from my bridge-view room at Hotel Lungarno. The staff treated me like family and upgraded my room upon arrival. The room had thoughtful amenities for my toddler, like slippers and a special bath set. Breakfast blew me away with an excellent selection and fantastic coffee. The location along the Arno River is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio. Despite this, my overall experience was still wonderful, and I would return to this hotel in Florence.

    it had an incredible location really close to all the main attractions of florence as well as florence. there was a michelin-starred restaurant nearby. the room was absolutely fantastic, immaculate and included a mini fridge bar, climate control, and an individual safe. exceptional view,...

    The staff was very helpful and quick to arrange reservations (including same day for Cibreo), tours, and other items.

    I just have to get used to how small European hotel rooms are in general. Also, the bathtub/shower could have been a little easier to access.
